Cebu City, PH – We are excited to announce that CitiGreen Tennis Resort will hold its tennis and chess clinic from April 20 to May 22, 2015 to help promote both sports and encourage young individuals to play, learn, and have fun this summer. The summer program will be held at the CitiGreen Tennis Resort located in Cebu City, Philippines. This four-week tennis and chess clinic is open to beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. The tennis clinic will start from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday to Friday while the chess will have two sessions—from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. To 11 a.m. Registration fees are P2,000 for tennis and P1,500 for chess.
Organized by CitiGreen Tennis Resort, we’ve partnered with the Cebu Chess Masters for this joint project. We’ll be working with tennis coaches Bernardine ‘Nino’ Siso, Sally Mae ‘Em2x’ Siso, Hanna Grace Espinosa, Gabriel Riconalla, and chess masters, Eduard Dela Torre, Michael Joseph Pagaran and Merben Roque. The coaches have carefully planned a weekly program that will suit the students and a weekly evaluation will be done to track the students’ progress.
Cebu Chess Masters will be in CitiGreen for four weeks to teach kids and adults alike on how to play chess in general and how to improve the opening, middle and end game for those intermediate and advanced chess enthusiasts.
We will also include a ‘mini-tennis’ program which features a ‘mini-tennis court’ open for kids ages 4-8 years old.
CitiGreen Tennis Resort’s tag line “experience the difference” aims to let the students experience a one-of-a-kind tennis clinic. The summer tennis clinic is in-line with CitiGreen’s mission “to serve as a training ground for the young players in their formation of values such as self-discipline, humility, sportsmanship, teamwork and social responsibility.”
