22nd BiG tees off at Cebu Country Club

The 22nd Business in Golf (BiG) Tournament tees off today (June 11) at the par-72 Cebu Country Club in Cebu City.
The tournament is a four-man team event using the Modified Stableford Scoring System.
Regan Rex King, chairman of this year’s event, said that he expects about 35 teams to participate. Entry fee is pegged at P10,000 per team.
All scores of the four team members will count for the team total in this event co-presented by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and OPASCOR.
At stake for a hole-in-one on Holes No. 3 and 13 is a Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai Cebu.
A KTM Duke 200 cc motorcycle is put on the line for an ace on Hole No. 5 by Granstar Motors.
Veranda hole sponsors are Cebu Landmaster, Landtraders Properties, Skygo, Profood International Corp., Lane Archive Technologies, Contempo Properties, Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, J. Abraham Lee Construction, Trinity Brokerage Inc., Sun Life Financial, King Properties/Avenir, and Samsung/Junrex.
Inside hole sponsors are PLDT SME Nation, GMR, RCBC, Vermesdes, Avega Brothers, Ayala Land Premier, JV Shop n shop, Sta. Fe Relocating Services, Filinvest/Serulyan, Citi Park Inn, IPI, and DCD Construction.
The tournament is one of the activities of the Cebu Business Month Celebration.
